Our team has experience with integrating Design Thinking, Guided Inquiry and Project Based Learning. We ensure the appropriate level of challenge is embedded for all students by combining a variety of learning models and frameworks. Building teacher efficacy in this space is at the core of our work, as this directly impacts student motivation in learning and in turn learning growth!
Guidance and support is offered for strategic identification of student strengths and areas of need through the development of assessment mapping and profiling to support high-end learning design and personalised learning.
We leverage the use of emerging and assistive technologies like AI, to adjust learning, making it more accessible and equitable for the needs of all learners . We are able to work with teachers to effectively use these technologies to create assessment portfolio tasks, aligned with the new curriculum outcomes, where students will be challenged to think critically and creatively.
Professional mentoring and learning is offered to leaders, teachers beginning in the profession and for those with experience to refine practices in the areas of identification, assessment practices, and learning design, with a focus on high potential and gifted students (including underachieving, learners from diverse backgrounds and twice exceptional students).
We can provide short term or a series of mentoring or professional learning sessions for beginning teachers and also to leaders interested in building their understanding and skills in the field of Gifted Education.
Evaluation of current High Potential and Gifted Education programs is available, in collaboration with school leaders. We use a strategic capacity building approach to map sustainable change within your school setting. Feedback, critique and guidance for school improvement in Gifted Education are components of this process.

We will delve into grouping, mentoring and accelerative options that best suit your students and your school context.
